Let's start some Shopping for a "Home" using this cool app!!!
So I want to share a cool app with you along with some tips...
First, now days most people shop for their home on line...
This app is my business card, text homeswithgeorgie
to 85377 it will prompt you to allow your location. Accept that, then my photo will pop up with my information. The cool part is at the top it will say view homes near me...click on it. Homes for sale around you will come up. Sweet...so where ever you are you can see right in the palm of your hand what's for-sale in the area.
This gives you a chance to search out some neighborhoods to see if you like the area. It takes looking at a few homes and neighborhoods to really learn what you like and don't like.
